For the second time in months a mistrial has been ordered in the case of Keno Allen.
Allen was set to stand a new trial last week but during the trial due to an event which had arisen, the Judge ordered a mistrial.
Allen is charged with robbery, indecent assault and attempting to choke.
It is alleged that on the night of May 11, 2012, Allen pretended to be a police officer and then lured a woman into an alley where he robbed and touched her in a sexual manner.
The victim was walking along Main Street in the vicinity of the Commercial Court, heading to the Dove Restaurant when the incident took place.
